Shipping Policy

Dottone Designs uses USPS, UPS and FedX to guarantee on time delivery of your order.  However,  once it leaves our premises, we are no longer able to maintain responsibility for delivery of your order.   Your order/s are insured through the shipping carrier.  Currently we are shipping product to the US and Canada.

48 Hour Inspection Policy

CUSTOMERS MUST INSPECT THEIR PACKAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THEIR ORDER.  Due to the nature of providing custom printed merchandise, we ask that you inspect your products upon receipt, (color/s, size/s, imprint/s) within 48 hours of receiving them.    This will be helpful for you if time frame is a priority and insure your access to our return and exchange program.   If an order is not inspected within the given time restraints then we will are very willing to still rectify the problem up to 30 days after the receipt of the order but will not be responsible in further delays of product.

Return & Exchange Policy

​CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS are not eligible for return unless prior authorization is given by our customer support team. 

 

Returns on BLANK items are only accepted if a product has not been used, UNLESS authorized by our customer support team. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item being returned was damaged in transit, received in error or the incorrect item was shipped. Original shipping charges will not be refunded/credited. Customer must contact Dottone Designs within 30 days of receiving a product if they desire to return it for a refund.  All eligible returns made after 30 days of receiving a product will be issued an in store credit ONLY (All returns are subject to restocking fees.)

RESTOCKING FEES:  **Due to processing, receiving and credit card fees a standard 20% restocking fee will be applied to unprinted returns.

**Depending on the item, whether it has been used, the condition in which it is received, when the item was purchased, etc. this restocking fee is subject to change.

Backorders

COVID disclaimer:  During this time we are experiencing a high number of backorders due to delays in manufactures being able to produced product.  If an item is on backorder and we are unable to fill your order in its entirety and within a timely manner we will notify you, review options for complementary products or advise you of the anticipated arrival date.
